1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cv999e ("we", "us", "the Platform", "cv999e") governing your access to and use of the website located at cv999e.app and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, instant games, live casino products, account management, and payment processing.

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

7 User Obligations

8 Account Suspension & Closure

cv999e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment disputes, or the use of stolen payment credentials
• Engagement in prohibited betting practices as described in Section 5.4
• Operation of multiple accounts in breach of the Single Account Policy

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your cv999e account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, you will be asked to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion
